Its feature product, Sally the Fresh Food Robot, offers fully customizable salads, snacks, breakfast bowls, grain bowls, and ethnic cuisines 24/7. It first came to market in 2018 and is currently in action at more than 70 locations, including offices, college campuses, hospitals, and more.

Improving the app experience for users and operators.
Along with the new door design, we plan to deliver a premium user experience via the tablet. We implemented a new color palette, fonts, animations, and food photography.
Our UX efforts focused on the end-to-end user experience assuring a whole coherent experience.
Enable a simplified user interface for admin(chefs) to operate and maintain Sally easily.
Conducted UX research and focused groups on understanding users’ behaviors. With this information, we developed a new app to delight consumers while interacting with the new vertical/ much larger tablet.
